Hamilton County Council on Alcohol & Other Drugs

Hamilton County Council on Alcohol and Other Drugs wanted a impactful video to show the consequences of impaired driving. They wrote a script and this was shot by a colleague for them. The Council had dash cam footage from the deputies patrol cars of accident scenes, but the footage was unusable as the car was typically parked facing away from the accident. They were able to provide photos from accident scenes and I received 911 recordings to work with in addition to the footage that was shot. I created the opening sequence from those items and also selected footage from the deputy’s interview to cut between the scripted portions of the video. The Council was very pleased with the emotional story that emerged from our efforts.
