Duesenberg Exhibition of Speed

This project came my way unexpectedly. I had a couple of people who I had worked with in the past contact me and ask for my help. They had a video they had shot and needed completed fairly quickly, but the editor had backed out unexpectedly. I took on the challenge. There was no script. Basically I was given all the interviews, some short segments from an on camera host, b-roll from various times and places in this event and some sequences of the cars drag racing on a airport runway all from multiple cameras. Could I make a story out of all of that?  Originally I was told the intent was to make the racing the focus of the video, but after watching all the footage I realized that the enthusiasts that loved these cars were really the story and I built the show around that premise. In the end my clients were happy to have this done on time and the Duesenberg enthusiasts were delighted with the show.
